ProActif is a social initiative dedicated to the socio-professional reintegration of jobseekers assigned by the Agency for the Development of Employment (ADEM) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour. Beneficiaries have diverse needs in terms of professional integration. To address these, work contracts of up to two years are offered, accompanied by a tailored training plan and personalized socio-professional support.

- Production and Transformation „Aus eisem Gaart“: Locally grown fruits and vegetables, harvested, washed, chopped, and vacuum-packed
- Restaurant „Zopp & Z’iessen“: Located in Contern, it offers homemade dishes to enjoy on-site or take away
- Preserving Luxembourg’s Heritage: Active participation in preserving and enhancing Luxembourg’s cultural and natural heritage
